Event Description

Join us in our themed adventure, as we enter the wizarding world of Harry Potter, a make-believe world, where all sorts of Magic still lives in Traditional Scouting.

Open to all Timber Wolf Packs and other Scouting groups. "A Scout is a friend to all and a brother to every other Scout." Boys and Girls ages 8 to 11.

Camp Puntchesakut is easily accessible by road approximately 50 kms West of Quesnel, BC. This provincially leased BPSA-BC private campsite includes lakeshore, natural forest and field space perfect for Traditional Scouting.

Each group will need to only bring tents adequate for their youth (boys & girls seperated) and their personal kits.

Registration Steps:

1) Register your Group by emailing the registration form and paying the group fee deposit. (Group fees will be credited to your youth registration fees) Group fees are based on the number of youth anticipated in participating and when you register. The Early Registration Deadline is FEBRUARY 15th.

1 - 5 Youth Early $25.00 Late $50.00
6 - 12 Youth Early $50.00 Late $ 100.00
13 - 20 Youth Early $75.00 Late $150.00
20+ Youth Early $100.00 Late $ 200.00


2) Register your Adult Leadership by emailing their individual registration forms by APRIL 1st. Groups are required to provide adult leadership (Scouters/Rovers/Parent Volunteers) on the following anticipate ratios:

1 - 5 Youth 1 Adult
6 - 12 Youth 2 Adults
13 - 20 Youth 3 Adults
20+ Youth 4 Adults

3) Register your Youth Participants by emailing their individual registration forms and paying their fees by May 1st. The cost payable to BPSA-BC per youth is as follows (please note that groups may subsidize or up-charge these fees to the attendees based on their group's financial circumstances or if they would like to include expenses such as travel):

BEFORE MAY 1st
BPSA-BC Members $10.00 per youth
Other Groups $50.00 per youth

Late Registrations
BPSA-BC Members $25.00 per youth
Other Groups $75.00 per youth

All fees are in Canadian Dollars
