The 1687th Charter Oak rovers hope to host a WILDERNESS FIRST AID class in APRIL 2017.

The class will be 16-20 hrs held over one weekend. It will be limited to 10 participants.

A physician will lead the course, and certification will be through the American Health & Safety Institute (approved by both GSA and BSA). Certification will be valid for 3 years. Tuition should be much less than the $300 usually charged by the Red Cross and the American Heart Association.

This is an extremely early notification. However, we need to get some advance sense of whether or not this may be a viable activity.

If you are seriously interested, please respond promptly on the 1687 Charter Oak Facebook page.
