I am going to organize an interest meeting in late Spring/Summer. I know each volunteer has to be registered and pass a background check. Is the background check automatic or is it something we do separately? If someone already has a background check for other organizations can these be used? Is there specific training at all that volunteers must complete before they can take on kids?

Thanks William! I already emailed back and forth with them today and it looks like they will not be continuing after this year. :(
